Cassavetes is an indie space rock band from Atlanta, GA. The music can be described (who knows how accurately) as Barrett meets the Boss, Tweedy meets Tangerine Dream, or Costello meets Kraut. Cassavetes' first album, Funny Story, was released in 2006, and their followup, Get Legal, is due to be released in Fall 2009.
